SCOPE is part of a small community of Gold Beach Oregon, consisting of an original Quad Apartment building, a new 2-story building, 1 new tiny house, 2 Greenhouses, and gardens with over 80 species and 300 edible perennials plants, using Permaculture design, ethics, and principles.
We use organic and natural growing and living resources as much as possible. No pesticides or commercial fertilizers, greywater clothes washing onsite no harsh chemicals, compost use, and recycling are all covered in the lease agreement. We share in the harvest of Apples, Raspberries, Strawberries, Grapes, Kale, Artichoke, Cherry, and other resources. The goal is to be an ongoing example of Permaculture design and living. The non-profit Southern Oregon Permaculture Institue currently has its home here and workshops, classes, and talks will be planned in the future as we develop the building and land. We do need help with skilled electricians and carpenters to complete the current projects.

Good Morning. Kristi Heatherstone here. I am interested in living in an Eco Village with beloveds who are mindful of their relationship with our beautiful Earth and with each other. I hear you are not accepting any new members but may be in the future.

We have a studio that will become available in the next few months as we finish the new buildings. There is also a new 14×12 tiny house that just got power but will take longer to get ready for occupancy.
