Herman is a community development worker and a Social Entrepreneur, passionate about sustainable lifestyles and education for youths. He believes in the saying that youths are the future of tomorrow; as such believes that sowing seeds of economic opportunity today can yield environmental and social benefits for generations yet unborn. He is also the founder of Njangi Group, a social enterprise, committed to raising awareness on the global social and cultural issues affecting young people around the world. The goal is to enable youths, to re-imagine their personal identities and embody these new conceptions; thereby inspiring other youths to take charge of and change their own lives. I absolutely believe that our world can truly experience change quicker, through mutual cooperation and engagement.
